2.1 Who We Are
PIINS ("we," "us") provides revenue-capture systems to home-services businesses in the United States. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about our business clients, their customers who contact PIINS-operated phone lines and forms, and visitors to piins.com.
2.2 Information We Collect
From website visitors: contact form submissions (name, phone, email, company, trade), pages visited, and standard analytics data (Section 3, Cookie Policy).
From calls to PIINS-operated or PIINS-owned numbers: the phone number dialing in, the audio of the call (Section 2.4), and the substance of the qualification conversation (service needed, urgency, general location).
From Clients: company information, billing details, and any customer list Client supplies for a PIINS Reactivate campaign, together with Client's consent record for that list.
2.3 How We Use Information
To operate the Services Client has purchased: answering, qualifying, and booking inquiries; generating the reports described in each Service; and running consented reactivation campaigns. To communicate with Clients about their account and, where consented, with Clients' customers about a booked appointment. To improve the qualification and booking system's accuracy. To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
2.4 Call Recording
Calls to PIINS-operated and PIINS-owned phone numbers are recorded for quality, training, and the documentation standard described in PIINS's public materials. Every such call opens with a spoken notice that the call may be recorded, regardless of the caller's state of residence, so that the disclosure satisfies both one-party and two-party consent jurisdictions. Recordings are retained for [retention period — Section 9] and accessible to the relevant Client as a business record under Section 1.9 of the Terms of Service.
2.5 SMS & Email Communications
Where a website visitor or a PIINS-operated line's caller provides a phone number or email and affirmatively consents (Section 8.3), PIINS or its Client may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and — only where Client has supplied a valid consent record — reactivation messages. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
2.6 Third-Party Service Providers
PIINS uses third-party platforms to deliver the Services, including customer-relationship-management and voice-automation software, telephony infrastructure, workflow-automation tooling, and data-storage services. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver the Services and are bound by their own data-protection commitments. [Section 9: whether to name these providers by name is a decision for counsel, weighed against the operational cost of updating this policy each time a vendor changes.]
2.7 Data Retention
We retain call recordings, booking records, and campaign attribution data for [retention period — Section 9], after which they are deleted or anonymized, except where a longer period is required by law or by an active dispute.
2.8 Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact [privacy contact — Section 9]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
2.9 Children's Privacy
The Services are directed at businesses and their adult customers. PIINS does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
2.10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, for active Clients, notice consistent with Section 1.13 of the Terms of Service.
