PIINS SMS Terms
Version 1.1 · Effective November 6, 2026
D.1 The PIINS text program
PIINS, a brand of Dashing Media LLC, sends text messages about your requests to people who gave explicit consent. Consent is given through the separate, unchecked text-message box on our forms at piins.com. The messages can include:
- confirmation that we received your request;
- the link to your preview;
- Leak Audit scheduling, confirmations and reminders;
- notices about a service you bought.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Cancellation.
- You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE), or by telling us in any other reasonable way. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages.
- To rejoin, check the box on a form again.
Help. Reply HELP, or write to hello@piins.com.
Message and data rates.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies with your requests and your appointments.
- For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The program works with the major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and with most regional carriers.
Age. You must be at least 18 years old to take part.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is at piins.com/privacy.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
We follow the TCPA and the CTIA messaging principles.
D.2 Texts sent through PIINS Capture
Businesses that use PIINS Capture may send one text message to a person whose call they could not take, only if that person agreed on the call to receive it. That text:
- is about that call or the appointment it produced;
- is sent in the business's name, from a number registered to that business with the phone carriers;
- is never used for marketing.
Apart from that one text, the only other messages are the automatic answers to STOP or HELP. To stop, reply STOP. To ask about them, reply HELP or contact the business you called. Each business's own privacy policy applies.
