PIINS Relaunch Agreement
Version 1.1 · Effective November 6, 2026
This agreement is between Dashing Media LLC, doing business as PIINS ("PIINS", "we"), and the business that approves a PIINS Relaunch homepage ("you").
How you accept it. You accept it when you approve your homepage in writing (by email or through our approval link) and pay the first installment. The approval records:
- your business;
- the homepage approved;
- the language;
- any extras.
E.1 What we deliver
PIINS Relaunch is a complete website for your business:
- Up to five pages: Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact, written from the content of your current site and your public business information.
- Built for phones first, with a call button that stays on screen.
- Your Google reviews, linked.
- A quote request form, and online booking if you already use Jobber or Housecall Pro.
- Your domain: a new .com registered in your name, or a connection to the domain you already have.
- SSL and hosting for the first 12 months.
- One round of changes before launch.
- A report 30 days after launch of the requests your site brought in. If you turn on call counting, it also includes the calls your site produced.
Not included: guaranteed search rankings, advertising, or ongoing content.
E.2 The preview and your approval
- Before you approve: we build your homepage first and send it as a private preview. It costs nothing and creates no obligation. It expires after 14 days.
- When you approve it: you approve the homepage as shown, plus any changes we agree on in writing. That approval starts this agreement.
E.3 Price and payment
| When | Amount |
|---|---|
| When you approve the homepage | US$499 |
| When the complete site is live | US$498 |
| Hosting, months 1 to 12 | Included |
| Hosting from month 13 | US$29 a month |
Extras, if you choose them:
| Extra | Price |
|---|---|
| A version of your site in a second language, Spanish or English | US$297 |
| An additional service or city page | US$97 each |
| Call counting for the 30-day report | Included, optional |
How payment works:
- Payments are by card, through the secure payment links we send at each step.
- Extras are paid when you order them.
- We send the link for the second installment when your site is live. If we were late for reasons on our side, we don't send it at all (E.4).
If you don't pay: if an amount due is not paid within 10 days, we may take the site offline until it is.
E.4 Delivery and the delivery guarantee
The guarantee. Live in 7 business days after you approve the homepage, or you don't pay the second half.
What it requires:
- You approve the homepage, and you send your logo and the access we need (usually your domain login) within 48 hours of approving.
- The date assumes one round of changes.
How the days count.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- They start the day after the later of your approval and your first installment.
- The clock pauses while we wait for your logo or access beyond the 48 hours, and while you review the round of changes.
- A second round of changes, if you ask for one, moves the date by the time it takes.
What "live" means. The complete site is published and publicly reachable at your domain. While your domain's DNS is still updating, a public temporary address counts.
If we miss it. If we miss the date for reasons on our side, we don't send the link for the second installment, and you never pay it. If you already paid it, we refund it. You don't need to claim it. We still deliver the site.
E.5 Changes
- Before launch: one round of changes is included.
- After launch: we quote every change before we make it. A new service or city page is US$97.
E.6 Your content and your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use:
- the logo, photos, text, licenses and reviews you give us or ask us to use;
- the content we take from your current public site at your request.
You also confirm that:
- your business information is accurate;
- you will tell us when it changes.
You are responsible for the claims your business makes on its site, including licenses, insurance and service areas. We publish what you approve.
E.7 Ownership
Your domain is always yours. We register it in your business's name, or we connect the domain you already own.
Your content stays yours.
Your license to the site:
- Once you have paid all amounts due, you receive a permanent, non-exclusive license to use, copy and modify the delivered site for your own business, including its design. If the delivery guarantee applies, the second installment is not due.
- PIINS keeps ownership of its underlying design system, templates and tools, which it uses for other clients.
Our portfolio. We may show your site as an example of our work only with your written permission.
E.8 Hosting from month 13
- Price: from month 13, hosting is US$29 a month, billed monthly. It includes the yearly renewal of a domain we registered for you.
- How to cancel: you can cancel before any billing date. Hosting ends at the end of the paid month.
- When you leave: if you leave our hosting, we deliver a copy of your website within 10 business days of your request: a complete WordPress export (files and database) and a static HTML version.
E.9 Call counting
If you turn on call counting, we place a tracking number on your new site. It rings straight through to your phone, and it logs the time, length and caller ID of each call. It does not record calls.
Your number does not change anywhere else, and you can turn call counting off at any time.
E.10 If the project stops
If you stall. If you don't send the materials or approvals we need for 30 days after approving, we may pause the project. A paused project can be resumed within 90 days at no extra cost. After that, we may close it.
The first installment. The first installment pays for the homepage you approved and the start of the build. It is not refunded if you stop the project.
E.11 Limitation of liability
- Indirect damages: to the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
- The cap: PIINS's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid under it.
- Your content: you will defend and indemnify PIINS against third-party claims arising from the content you supply or ask us to use, or from the claims your business makes on its site.
E.12 General
- Governing law: the laws of the State of New Mexico govern this agreement.
- Disputes: they go to the state or federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, after 30 days of good-faith effort to resolve them in writing. Either party may use small-claims court where it qualifies.
- The whole agreement: this agreement, your approval and the guarantee terms in part G are the entire agreement for your Relaunch. If they differ, your approval controls, then part G, then this agreement.
- Language: if we give you a translation, the English version controls.
- Changes and transfers:
- changes must be in writing;
- neither party may transfer the agreement without the other's consent, except as part of a sale of the business.
- Notices: they go to hello@piins.com, and to the email you used to approve.
